一般在工作服上的油污都是些油脂，它们是不溶于水的，分子密度较大，所以很难清洗。在清洗的时候普通的清洗剂是没有用的，需要使用一些专用的化学制剂。

黄油是粘稠的动物油脂，可用甲苯或四氯化碳溶剂擦洗，留下的痕迹可用酒精与氨水混合液去除，也可用酒精皂去除。对颜色较浅的机器油渍，可用汽油刷洗，粉笔去除机油污迹法：衣服沾染上机油时，应立即涂上粉笔粉末，过一会儿用刷子刷去。动植物油渍是在服装上常见的污渍，也是一种极性液体污渍。这类污渍要用溶剂汽油、四氯乙烯等有机溶液擦拭或刷洗去除。

具体的清洗步骤如下：

1、将衣服泡在清水里，加入一些有机溶剂；
1. Soak the clothes in water and add some organic solvents;
2、浸泡大约十分钟即可；
2. Soak for about ten minutes;
3、对衣服进行揉搓，在有油污的地方可以多加揉搓，可以适当的再添加一些溶剂；
3. Knead clothes, where there is oil, you can add more rubbing, you can add some solvents appropriately;
4、揉搓完毕之后，用清水将其漂洗，这时可以放入一些柔顺剂，可以让其保护衣服；

5、在稍微揉搓几下就好；

6、然后使用清水将工作服漂洗干净即完成清洗。
