防护性是医用防护服为重要的性能要求,主要包括液体阻隔、过滤效率等方面。

液体阻隔性指医用防护服应能抗渗水、抗血液穿透、表面防沾湿。避免在医护工作或者手术过程中病人的血液、体液及其他分泌物等将携带的传染给医务人员。GB19082中抗血液渗透的测试标准和方法参考 ISO 16603 ,我国医用防护服的技术指标要求走在世界水平的前列。
Liquid barrier properties refer to the ability of medical protective clothing to resist water infiltration, blood penetration, and surface moisture. Avoid infecting medical staff with blood, body fluids, and other secretions carried by patients during medical work or surgical procedures. The testing standards and methods for anti blood penetration in GB19082 refer to ISO 16603, and the technical specifications of medical protective clothing in China are at the forefront of the world level.
过滤效率是指防护服对与空气中颗粒物(悬浮在空气中的固态、液态或固态与液态混合的颗粒状物质,比如微生物、粉尘、烟和雾等)滤除的百分比。GB标准规定防护服关键部位材料以及接缝处对非油性颗粒的过滤效率不小于70%。
The filtration efficiency refers to the percentage of particulate matter (such as microorganisms, dust, smoke, and mist) that is suspended in the air and filtered out by protective clothing. The GB standard stipulates that the filtration efficiency of non oily particles at key parts of protective clothing materials and seams shall not be less than 70%.

舒适性主要的指标是透湿性能。为了增强防护效果,防护服面料通常经过层压或复膜处理,长期穿着不利于排汗排热。对医用防护服透湿性能的改善,可以提高医护人员的服用体验,减少长期工作带来的闷热感和身体不适。此外,皮肤刺激性也是GB标准中的舒适性指标要求,防护服不能给服用人员带来不适的皮肤刺激。

In order to enhance the protective effect, the fabric of protective clothing is usually laminated or laminated, which is not conducive to sweating and heat dissipation when worn for a long time. 物理机械性能主要指医用防护服材料的强力和耐用性能。避免由于外力被撕裂、刺破、损坏处为细菌和传播提供通道,从而减弱防护效果。 GB标准中对于防护服材料的断裂强力和断裂伸长有明确的要求,欧盟标准EN14126:2003 (防传防护服的性能要求和试验方法)中则要求防护服材料具有一定的耐磨、抗撕裂、抗穿刺性能。
