面料是一缸一缸染色的，一个缸总会有大有小的，所以一个缸能染色的面料都是有限的，有时候客户量比较大，一来就是千百米，那么面料势必会分成几缸来染色。同样的配方，同样的操作手法，不是同一缸染出来的就会有缸差，因为染色的影响因素实在是太多，并且完全无法避免，可能多几秒钟，颜色就深了。这也是工作服定做有色差的主要原因。
