熨烫工艺及常用的工具有哪些？

1.熨斗
1. Iron
熨斗是熨烫的主要工具，主要有三种：电热熨斗、吊瓶蒸汽熨斗和全蒸汽熨斗。电热熨斗和吊瓶蒸汽熨斗靠电热丝发热，可根据服装面料不同的耐热性来调节熨烫温度，以防烫缩或烫焦。吊瓶蒸汽熨斗和全蒸汽熨斗是通过喷水板喷洒蒸汽，不同的是吊瓶蒸汽熨斗通过吊瓶供水，全蒸汽熨斗则是通过蒸汽发生器供水，因而全蒸汽熨斗也是熨烫效果更快、更好的，在服装企业用得更多烫台是与熨斗配合使用的。
Iron is the main tool for ironing. There are three kinds: electric iron, bottle steam iron and full steam iron. Electric iron and bottle steam iron are heated by electric heating wire. The ironing temperature can be adjusted according to the different heat resistance of clothing fabrics to prevent ironing shrinkage or scorching. The hanging bottle steam iron and the full steam iron spray steam through the water spray board. The difference is that the hanging bottle steam iron supplies water through the hanging bottle, and the full steam iron supplies water through the steam generator. Therefore, the full steam iron also has the fastest and best ironing effect. The ironing table most used in garment enterprises is used in conjunction with the iron.
2.烫台

烫台一般包括一个底板、一个形状与底板相吻合的带有联动控制系统的可移动式顶板、烫毡、支架、台面、仪表盘，人工或自动控制的蒸汽、抽真空及加热和加压装置。熨烫台可根据要求用于生产过程.中的熨烫和缝制完成后的整烫。
The ironing table generally includes a bottom plate, a movable top plate with linkage control system whose shape is consistent with the bottom plate, ironing felt, support, table, instrument panel, manually or automatically controlled steam, vacuum pumping, heating and pressurizing devices. 3.喷水壶

喷水壶主要用于小烫时的喷水，它能把水均匀且成雾状喷洒在需要熨烫的部位，使熨烫效果更佳。
The water spraying kettle is mainly used for spraying water during small ironing. It can spray water evenly and in a fog on the parts to be ironed, so as to make the ironing effect better.
4.烫凳
4. Hot stool
烫凳一般为铁凳，凳面铺棉花，外包白棉布，并要求扎紧。熨烫中常用它烫肩缝、袖窿、裤裆等不能放平的部位。
The ironing stool is generally an iron stool. The stool surface is covered with cotton, wrapped with white cotton cloth, and tied tightly. In ironing, it is often used to iron shoulder seams, armholes, crotch and other parts that cannot be flattened.
5.烫馒

烫馒又叫布馒头，常用于熨烫服装的胸、背、臀等丰满并且突出的部位。

6.水布
6. Water cloth
水布通常用退过浆的白棉布。熨烫时，水布盖在衣料之上，再用熨斗熨烫，以防衣料被烫脏、烫黄或烫出极光。
Water cloth is usually made of desized white cotton cloth. When ironing, the water cloth is covered on the clothes and then ironed with an iron to prevent the clothes from being dirty, yellow or aurora.
7.垫呢
7. Cushion
熨烫时，将其垫在衣物下面。一般用棉毯或吸水性好而且质地厚的线毯，上面再盖一层白棉布作垫布。
When ironing, place it under your clothes. Generally, cotton blanket or thread blanket with good water absorption and thick quality is used, and a layer of white cotton cloth is covered on it as cushion cloth.
8.长烫凳
8. Long ironing stool
长烫凳用木料制成，凳面铺少许棉花，稍厚，四周略薄，外包白棉布并且扎紧。其用于熨烫已缝制成圆筒形的缝，如裤子侧缝，上衣袖缝等。
The long ironing stool is made of wood. The stool surface is covered with a little cotton. The center is slightly thicker and the four sides are slightly thinner. It is wrapped with white cotton cloth and tied tightly. The utility model is used for ironing the sewn cylindrical seam, such as the side seam of trousers, the sleeve seam of jacket, etc.
9.拱形木桥

拱形木桥是用木料锯成的，其两头低，中间拱起成拱形，底面为平面。通常用于分烫半成品和袖缝等部位，也可用于呢料压缝，使缉缝或止口平整且薄。
The arched wooden bridge is sawn with wood. Its two ends are low, the middle is arched, and the bottom is flat. It is usually used for ironing semi-finished products and sleeve seams. It can also be used for fabric pressing to make the seam or seam flat and thin.
