一、食品工作服面料进厂检验

食品工作服面料进厂后要进行数量清点以及外观和内在质量的检验,只有符合生产要求的才能投入生产车间。面料质量是做出好成品重要的一环,检验面料是否有损坏、污渍、面料缺陷、颜色差异等影响外观的缺陷需要标记,以避免在切割时使用。并检验面料的收缩率与色牢度,检验辅料粘合贴粘合牢度,拉链顺程度,松紧带缩水率等等,对不符合要求的面料退掉或不予生产使用。

三、裁剪:

四、缝制:

缝制是加工的中心工序,缝制工艺根据国标中进行缝合,缝制针距12针/3cm~15针/3cm,线路要整齐,不重叠,无跳针、抛线,针迹清晰好看,缝制的起止回针要牢固,防止面料纤维脱落且增加牢度
