定做职业装的色差问题，是令厂家和客户都头痛的问题。什么是色差？印刷在织物上的图文的某种颜色与原稿颜色有差别，或者某一种颜色在一批印刷品中有差异，称之为色差。

Color difference refers to the difference between a certain color of the picture and text printed on the fabric and the original color, or a certain color in a batch of printed matter.
面料是一缸一缸染色的，一个缸总会有大有小的，所以一个缸能染色的面料都是有限的，有时候客户量比较大，一来就是千百米，那么面料势必会分成几缸来染色。同样的配方，同样的操作手法，不是同一缸染出来的就会有缸差，因为染色的影响因素实在是太多，并且完全无法避免，可能多几秒钟，颜色就深了。这也是职业装定做有色差的主要原因。
