职业装严格来说是正装中的一种。所谓正装，指的是在正式场合具有公众身份或者职业身份的着装。职业装是一种特殊的上班装。其基本特点是庄重、保守，适合工作，统一形象。目前在服务性窗口行业职业装比较普遍，例如酒店、银行、保险公司等，因为穿职业装让人觉得可以信赖。
