防静电工作服定做常用的款式有哪些？

1、选用抗静电剂对织物进行树脂整理。用抗静电剂对织物进行树脂整理，经过浸轧、焙烘而粘附在合成纤维织物的表面，使织物具有一定的抗静电效果。这种方法现在只用于民用服装以克服衣服缠身、火花放电、污染吸灰等静电现象。

2、在涤纶或锦纶聚合物的内部添加抗静电剂，如磷酸脂、磺酸盐等表面活性剂或引入第三单体以取得耐久性抗静电纤维。由于添加剂的抗静电剂大多数是遇碱会起反应或分解的表面活性剂，因此在织物整理或洗涤时忌用碱性洗涤剂，以防止影响抗静电效果，这种纤维适宜作无尘服、无菌衣，也可用于民用服装等。
2. Antistatic agents such as phosphate, sulfonate and other surfactants are added to the interior of polyester or nylon polymers, or a third monomer is introduced to obtain durable antistatic fibers. Since most of the antistatic agents of additives are surfactants that will react or decompose in the presence of alkali, alkaline detergent shall not be used in fabric finishing or washing to prevent affecting the antistatic effect. This fiber is suitable for dust-free clothes, sterile clothes, civil clothes, etc.
3、在普通织物中混入导电纤维。在普通织物中混入导电纤维，这种防静电织物由于不受所在环境的影响，现已普遍被接受和认可。这种防静电织物的抗静电性能与导电纤维的种类和导电成分(金属、石墨、炭黑等)在纤维中的分部情况，又分为几种不同类型。其中含有炭黑、石墨等导电成分的其它复合型导电纤维可以直接用于织造的长丝，经纱中每隔一定间距(如1.5 cm左右)嵌入一根导电长丝，即可获得很好的抗静电效果，是目前用来织造防静电工作服面料更好的导电纤维。
3. Mix conductive fibers into ordinary fabrics.
