工作服制作中对于裁剪工艺有什么要求？

我们对工作服的认识，一般只限定于它的材料、设计风格、色调和耐用度上了，对它的制做，我们就非常陌生了，实际上所有的衣物全是先依据样版绘制出排料图，随后进行剪裁、缝纫加工而成的，不同的工艺方面都是有不同的标准。下边济南服装厂来讲讲主要来认识其剪裁工艺上的标准。

（1）拖料时点清数量，注意绕开缺陷。
(1) Check the quantity and avoid defects when dragging.
（2）对不同批上色的布料要分次剪裁，避免同件工作服上发生偏色状况。对一匹布料中存在偏色状况的要进行偏色排料。
(2) The colored fabrics of different batches should be cut in different times to avoid color deviation on the same work clothes. If there is color deviation in a piece of cloth, color deviation layout shall be carried out.
（3）剪裁标准下刀精确，线框直顺顺畅。铺型不可过厚，布料上下层不偏刀。
(3) The cutting standard is accurate and the wire frame is straight and smooth. The paving shall not be too thick, and the upper and lower layers of the cloth shall not be skewed.
（4）依据样版对位标记裁切刀口。
(4) Mark the cutting edge according to the template alignment.
（5）选用锥孔标记时要注意不能影响到工作服的外型。剪裁后要进行清点数量和验片工作，并依据济南工作服规格分堆捆扎，附上票签注明款号、部位、规格等。
(5) When selecting the taper hole mark, pay attention not to affect the appearance of the work clothes. After cutting, count the quantity and check the film, and bundle them in batches according to the specifications of Jinan work clothes, and attach a ticket to indicate the model number, position, specification, etc.
