  章 总则

  CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS

  条 为规范公司保安队伍的形象管理,确保保安人员在工作期间着装统一、整洁、规范,提升公司形象和服务质量,特制定本管理办法。

  第二条 本办法适用于公司所有在职保安人员及其工作服的管理,包括工作服的选购、配发、使用、维护、更换、回收及违规处理等各个环节。

  第三条 工作服是公司保安队伍形象的重要组成部分,是保安人员履行职责、展示公司形象的重要标志。保安人员应珍惜并妥善保管工作服,确保其整洁、完好。

  第二章 工作服的选购与配发

  第四条 工作服的选购应遵循以下原则:

  第五条 工作服的配发流程如下:

  第七章 违规处理

  第十六条 对于违反工作服使用规定的保安人员,将视情节轻重给予相应的违规处理。具体处理措施包括:

  Article 16: Security personnel who violate the regulations on the use of work uniforms will be subject to corresponding disciplinary measures depending on the severity of the situation. Specific handling measures include:

  1.口头警告:对于初次违规且情节较轻的保安人员,给予口头警告,并责令其立即整改;

  第八章 附则

  第十七条 本办法由公司保安部负责解释和修订。在执行过程中,如有未尽事宜或需要调整之处,将根据实际情况进行补充和完善 。

  第十八条 本办法自发布之日起正式实施,公司所有保安人员应严格遵守本办法的各项规定,共同维护公司保安队伍的良好形象。

  Article 18: These measures shall be officially implemented from the date of publication. All security personnel of the company shall strictly abide by the provisions of these measures and jointly maintain the good image of the company's security team.

  第十九条 本办法的修订和废止应经公司管理层审议通过,并以正式文件形式发布。修订后的管理办法自发布之日起生效,原管理办法同时废止。

  Article 19: The revision and abolition of these Measures shall be reviewed and approved by the management of the company, and shall be published in the form of a formal document.
