统一着装非常怕两件事：一是洗两次就缩水起球，二是版型像麻袋，员工下班第一件事就是脱掉塞包里。问题很少出在“没选贵料”，而是前期把岗位、面料、尺码三件事混着拍了板。

Uniform dressing is most afraid of two things: one is shrinking and pilling after washing twice, and the other is that the pattern looks like a burlap bag. The first thing employees do after work is to take off their stuffed bags. The problem rarely lies in "not choosing expensive materials", but in mixing the job position, fabric, and size in the early stages of filming.

先按人分场景，别全公司一套版：

First, divide the scenes by person, don't make a uniform version for the whole company:

车间、仓储、维修：要的是耐磨和抗造。涤棉混纺（常见65涤35棉）或纱卡斜纹非常稳，克重夏装别低于180g、春秋230g上下，袖口收口、口袋打枣加固，弯腰抬手不绷后背。

Workshop, storage, and maintenance: What is needed is wear resistance and durability. Polyester cotton blend (commonly 65 polyester and 35 cotton) or yarn card twill is the most stable, with a weight of less than 180g for summer clothes and around 230g for spring and autumn clothes. The cuffs are closed, the pockets are reinforced with dates, and bending over and lifting hands does not strain the back.

办公室、前台、门店：要的是挺括不皱。精梳棉珠地POLO或者免烫混纺，浅色系显干净，别拿车间厚工装硬套行政岗。

Office, front desk, and store: What is needed is to be firm and wrinkle free. Combed cotton bead ground POLO or non ironing blend, light colored series appear clean, do not use workshop thick workwear hard cover administrative post.

特殊工种：电子厂走防静电导电丝面料、化工厂看防酸碱、焊工和锅炉岗建议阻燃布。这类别省检测报告钱，安监查的是国标不是老板面子。

Special occupations: Electronic factories use anti-static conductive wire fabrics, chemical factories use acid and alkali resistant fabrics, welders and boiler workers must use flame-retardant fabrics. This category saves money on testing reports, and the safety supervision is checking the national standard, not the boss's face.

再盯死三个合同细节，比砍价重要：

Focus on three more contract details, more important than bargaining:

第一，面料写死成分和克重，附一小块留样布双方签字，大货到了称重对比，防止商家用“同款名字”偷换薄料。

Firstly, the composition and weight of the fabric should be specified, and a small piece of sample fabric should be attached for both parties to sign. When the bulk goods arrive, they should be weighed and compared to prevent merchants from using the same name to replace thin materials.

第二，尺码别只报S/M/L。提前量身高体重，特体单独裁，批量前先做两三件样衣让高矮胖瘦各一人试穿一周，水洗一次看缩水率（棉质控制在3%以内）。

Secondly, do not only report sizes as S/M/L. Measure height and weight in advance, specializing in individual styles. Before mass production, make two or three sample clothes for each person to try on for a week. Wash them once to check the shrinkage rate (with cotton quality controlled within 3%).

第三，LOGO工艺按面积选：胸前小标走刺绣非常耐洗，后背大字或渐变图走热转印，忌大面积廉价胶印——洗几次开裂起皮，比不印还难看。

Thirdly, the LOGO process should be selected based on the area: embroidery on the chest is the most durable for washing, while heat transfer printing is used for the back large characters or gradient images. Avoid large-area cheap offset printing - washing several times can cause cracking and peeling, which is even uglier than not printing at all.

非常后一条红线：付款走“定金+验大货付尾款”，不接受全款预付；残次、色差、缩水超标写进合同包退换。做不到这点的作坊，补单时你会第二次交学费。

The last red line: Payment will be made through "deposit+final payment upon inspection of bulk goods", and full prepayment is not accepted; Damaged, color difference, and excessive shrinkage are included in the contract package for return and exchange. For workshops that cannot achieve this, you will have to pay the tuition fee a second time when making up for the order.

把“岗位定面料、样衣定版型、留样定验收”这三句钉在采购清单里，工装才不会变成仓库里的积压货。

Nail the three sentences of "position specific fabric, sample clothing type, and sample retention and acceptance" to the procurement list, so that the tooling will not become a backlog in the warehouse.
