很多公司行政把三家报价单放在一起比价，选了非常低那家。结果大货下单那天，厂家发来一张补充单：打版费300、急单费8%、特殊体型加价50/人、运费到付。总价一下子比中间报价还高。

第三，量体方式决定合身率。让员工自己填身高体重，返修率通常飙到20%以上。正规做法是上门量体，颈围、肩宽、臂长、肚围、后背长逐个记，溜肩、驼背、大肚腩单独标。数据归档，下次补单不用重新量。
